ARRIVAL AT APHE

BUS Drop Off:

FRONT Circle Drive

We will have staff outside to greet and assist your students off of the bus and into the school building.

 

PARENT Drop Off:

FRONT Circle Drive

PreK, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, ECSE and ACE

This drop off is for our PreK-1st Grade, ECSE and ACE students. We will have staff outside to greet and assist your students out of the car and into the school building. We ask that parents pull up to the front of the line to help with traffic flow.

 

 

BACK Circle Drive

2nd Grade-6th Grade

This drop off is for our 2nd grade through 6th grade students. We will have staff outside to greet and assist your students out of the car and into the school building. We ask that parents pull up to the front of the line to help with traffic flow.

 

**NOTE: If you have multiple students in different grade levels, please use the drop off location that matches up with the YOUNGEST student. (i.e. If you have a student in 4th grade and Kinder, you will drop off BOTH of your students in the FRONT Circle Drive).

 

 

DISMISSAL AT APHE

BUS:

We will have staff located outside of each bus checking them off as they load to ensure your student is on the bus.

 

PARENT Pick-Up:

FRONT Circle Drive

PreK, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, ECSE and ACE

PreK and Kinder will use the CIRCLE DRIVE closest to the school. 1st Grade will use the CIRCLE DRIVE inside the FRONT PARKING. Teacher will call the name and grade that is listed on your CAR TAG. Staff will be located outside to help assist your students into their cars.

**PLEASE ALLOW FOR OUR ECSE and ACE FAMILIES TO PULL TO THE FRONT OF THE CAR LINE TO THEIR DESIGNATED AREA TO ENSURE A SAFE PICK-UP AS OUR STAFF WILL BE WALKING STUDENTS OUT INDIVIDUALLY TO THEIR CARS. WE APPRECIATE YOU UNDERSTANDING.
